Louise said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the paint was a different color and the bumper was not put on straight. Her vehicle was 5 days later than promised because of some sort of back up on the paint. She did say that she did not hear from anybody unless she called to find out the status of her vehicle. She did not have communication with the person that repaired her vehicle.
