Barbara said she was happy with Massey Cadillac Dallas Body Shop, she was happy with the people, and she was happy with the work. She was not happy with Enterprise and she did have some problems with them. The people at this business were very nice, very professional, and they tried to help with the Enterprise problem. She chose not to elaborate. Barbara will recommend this business but say not to use Enterprise. This is the 3rd vehicle she's bought from the affiliated dealership, although the 1st vehicle was bought when it was Lone Star, and she knows the people in service and in the repair facility. She's been a customer a long time, and she trusts what they tell her. That means a lot and it's very important. If they tell her something needs to be done, she goes ahead and has it done, and she has done that for a number of years. The people are just tops.
