Luis said this business took too long to fix his vehicle and they were giving him the runaround. They gave him a loaner vehicle that was too small for his family. They told him that the insurance company did not want to pay and that was causing the delay. He was also told that his vehicle had been in a wreck prior to this one and they could not repair the bumper well. He purchased his vehicle used but the Carfax did not show any previous wreck. The first time he got his vehicle back they had done a poor job by leaving scratches on the paint and the paint work was done wrong so he took it back to them. The second time the quality of the work was satisfactory. He was not kept well informed because they would never return his calls when he tried to contact them. He said they have always done good work for him in the past and they have always been good to him.
