Michael said he rated a 3 for his overall experience because there was poor communication between him and the body shop person he dealt with. He left messages but no one returned his calls and he was told their phone was not working. They also did not screw his left fog light into the frame properly. It was loose. There was no promised time given to when his vehicle would be ready. He was not kept adequately informed. He called them most of the time.
