Drew said he rated his overall experience a 4 because of the time the repair took. They called him to let him know the vehicle was to be ready at 3 or 4pm today and cannot answer on the quality. At first, the promised time was a week or 2 and it has taken about a month and is not blaming them entirely because of the insurance delay but they didn't call him enough on the status and could have been more informative. The insurance company dealt with the estimate. The personnel was very nice but because of lack of communication and not estimating the correct time, had to pay a pretty penny for the rental but they did pay for one week of it and is recommending them because they did offer.
