Raymond said he gave a rating of 3 for the overall experience because they kept the vehicle far too long. He said the rental cost was also too high. He chose not to rate the quality of the repair because he has not had time to drive the vehicle and see if the repair is completely satisfactory. The vehicle was in the business for 27 days. It was 2 weeks late because they kept finding more damage which caused multiple delays. The business did call to alert him to the repeated delays. He will not recommend this business because of the length of the repair.
