Maye said that she wasn't completely satisfied with the repair because her left mirror still won't stay set. She said her vehicle wasn't ready when promised and she didn't know why. The delay was more than a week. She wasn't completely satisfied with the person that prepared her estimate because she has to take her vehicle back because she still has issues she needs addressed on the vehicle. She commented that Massey stands behind their work, which is why she will always be a customer of this business.
