Spoke with Yesenia. She said she took the vehicle to the business on July 1, 2013, and just got it back last week. The work was not fully completed. They are supposed to order an unspecified part to complete the work and call her when it arrives. They did not completely buff the side of the vehicle and the scratches are still there. They replaced the headliner and left glue on it. The headliner was also not correctly aligned and there are gaps. There are unspecified parts on her vehicle which are now not working correctly although they had been when she took the vehicle in for repairs. They told her it was due to wear and tear but she said she does not believe that is the case and did not elaborate further. The vehicle was not ready on time. She did not specify the length of the delay. They told her the insurance company was holding things up. She had to call them for updates and they did not return her calls in a timely manner. They estimated the damage at $4000 but charged her insurance company between $6000 and $7000. When she told them what was wrong with the repair work, they basically told her she was not being honest and that sometimes customers see things that are not really there. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated or the communication for that reason. She would not recommend them due to this experience.
