Tom said service has been awful at this business over the last five years. This business has a problem with quality control. They have had to return to have things repaired a second time repeatedly. There have been problems with overcharging and on this visit the business charged for three windshield wipers instead of two. This visit was also a return visit to repair a door for the same problem a second time. The vehicle was two days late. This business did not call to alert them to a delay and did not inform them of why the vehicle was late. Michael Davis, the representative, has not been very friendly and can be flippant. He became annoyed when Tom's wife complained about the overcharging issue. The other personnel at this business treated his wife very well on this visit. Tom will not recommend them due to this experience. He mentioned he will not ever purchase another Cadillac.
