Julio said he had to have extra work done. It was the insurance adjuster that he had to get approval from. It took more time. It wasn't their fault. He just wished it was all squared away the first time. He has to go back to have the left headlight taken care of. It's not broken but water is getting inside. Also part of the hood is creased. Pat and Gerald were great. They called him all of the time to keep him informed. The insurance adjustor did the estimate. He had to go out 5 times to do the estimate. They had his vehicle for 2 months. The insurance company tried to fix it as cheap as possible. Julio said he couldn't say enough good things about Pat and Gerald. They did a good job.
