Jessica said the business told her the work would take four days but it took a week to get her vehicle. She got it back and found they had broken her convertible top. She was told the delay was due to additional damage found, but they did not keep her informed during the repair. She had to call them to find out if her vehicle was ready. She was not satisfied with the communication because of this issue. However, they did a good job on the repair.
