Sherry said after the vehicle had been inspected by the insurance adjuster she did not hear back from the facility until the vehicle was ready. There was no promise time given for the vehicle. She was not contacted by the business during the repair. The original estimate for the repair was less than the total cost of the repair. There was no communication coming from the business during the repair. Sherry said she was wowed by the presentation of the vehicle after it had been repaired and has received many compliments on how good it looks. She was especially impressed with how the tires were treated.
