Teresa said her vehicle was at the business for two weeks. She never received a follow up call. There was no promised time given to her. No one called her with updates but she called them after the two week period. She was told her vehicle looked like it was ready. She was not satisfied with the communication because of the reasons mentioned. She would not recommend them to others because of the lack of communication.
