Bailee said this business called her three different times to let her know her vehicle was ready. Each of those times she had gone in, found out that her vehicle was not ready and that there was some sort of miscommunication. This business took 2 weeks longer and the reason for the delay was due to this business forgetting to do the work on her vehicle. She was not kept informed during the repair process because they only called her all those times they had let her know her vehicle was ready to pick up. She was not satisfied with the facility's communication due to the same issues stated above.
