Joseph said he was not happy with the communication, the customer service, or the quality of the repair. He said his vehicle was four days late due to a parts delay. He has contacted the business and he does not plan on bringing his vehicle back to them. He said there were items on the original estimate that were not fixed and the personnel were not attentive.
