Spoke with Kimberly. She said she was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because there was some overspray and they missed a couple of spots on the driver's door. It was just lack of attention to detail and they did fix them for her.

She's right! I admit fault here with no excuses. We did not quality control her repair as we should have. We did not do what we were suppose to do, PERIOD. We were short handed that week and that is no excuse. We have placed in a new procedure to makesure this does not happen again. We apologized and apologize again. We are sincerely happy that we made good on our commitment to our guest and were able to make her happy. Thank you for your feedback it is very important to us!
