Kevin said the vehicle didn't meet his expectations because 1 hole didn't align the bumper up to the brake light and the other side did. Even though the vehicle took 2 hours longer than expected, the issue did not affect him and he stated the vehicle was ready when promised. He mentioned he wondered if they were joy riding in his vehicle because the seat was all the way back and the AC was on max.
