Robert said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they put defective parts on his vehicle and left swirl marks on his paint. He was not given a promised set time. The reasons mentioned are why he would not recommend them others.

The shop does indeed have the correct part and has tried several times to get the vehicle back in. the defective piece was a rear bumper center step-up pad. Defective part was put on the truck so owner could use the truck, not damage his rear bumper paint until the new part came in. We were being proactive so owner could use the truck while the new part was on BACK ORDER!
