Erica said her vehicle was later than promised originally because of a parts delay, but then it took them longer to get the parts on the vehicle. Her vehicle was promised on a Friday, but wasn't ready until the following Wednesday. She stated that she had to call for updates on her vehicle because they didn't call her. She mentioned that she wasn't completely satisfied with the communication because they didn't update her regularly.
