Jason said he gave a rating of 4 for the overall experience because the rental car experience was not satisfactory. The vehicle was delayed 1 day because of detailing. The business did not call him about the delay. He said he called first thing in the morning of the promise day so the business probably did not have a chance to phone him first. He added the delay did not bother him.
