Spoke with Phillip. He said there is a stain on the back seat. It appears something was laid down on the back seat. A mark was etched into the leather and it cannot be cleaned. The passenger's side speaker cover is now missing. He will be contacting the business on Monday about the issues. He said the scheduling was poor and he had to wait two weeks to get his vehicle into this facility. The customer service was better at the business' previous location. They didn't communicate with him until his vehicle was ready. He would not recommend the business based on this experience.
