Chris said there was an issue with the work they performed. There is a gap under the driver side headlight, which is big enough to fit all his fingers into. He has already made an appointment with the service manager to bring his vehicle back to resolve this issue and fix the gap. He was not aware his vehicle was ready before it was promised but when he received a call from this business, they told him he should have already received a call from this business. He does not know how long his vehicle was ready. The person who prepared his estimate quoted him for a HID light set up and extenders but he did not need the extenders on his vehicle. He was also quoted for fender work but there was no fender damage to the vehicle. The original quote had $700 of unneeded work and parts.
