John said he did not rate his overall experience any higher because there were things that needed to be done to his vehicle that were not. The business did not replace or fix the chrome cap on his muffler. He had to call up and ask about it and was told he had to wait because of his insurance company and the ordering of the parts. His vehicle was ready 3 days later than promised because of his insurance company. He likes the Internet updates and phones calls to let him know what is going on with his vehicle while it was getting repaired. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate because of the small things that were missed on his vehicle.

John is right! His insurance company did delay the repairs for 3 days and the delay WAS for his chrome muffler tip, that's it! What he failed to mention is it was his idea to have the part replaced upon his next oil change visit and we will happily honor his request!
