Review for Massey Cadillac Orlando Body Shop

Todd said the representatives did a very poor job and they suck. He basically had a brand new Cadillac with only 5,000 miles. They did a shoddy job on the body and paint work and they used defective parts. They had his vehicle for almost two months. He drove his vehicle an hour away to another repair center and paid them $800 out-of-pocket expenses to do the job right. He chose not to say how long his vehicle was delayed or why. The front end was missing the chrome, he blew a gasket, and there was something wrong with the wheel well by the front tire. The third time he brought his vehicle back to the business he worked with the general manager. He was not kept adequately informed, but he chose not to elaborate. He wasn't satisfied with the thoroughness the person who prepared his estimate for the above reasons. The representatives were decent, but they did not complete the work they were paid to complete. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience. He said the representatives were lying to him the whole time, they told him the vehicle would be returned to him 1,000 percent.
