Melissa said they had her vehicle for two weeks and they needed it longer. She was not kept informed during the repair process and she had to call. When she called them she found out they needed to order parts and that it would take longer than they estimated. The same day she noticed that the left tail light was out. She has not contacted them about this issue but she will be contacting them soon. She was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned.
