Barbara said she wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because the business replaced her bumper and it's falling off already. She said she wasn't satisfied with the person who prepared her estimate because he told her they forgot to order the trim for the bumper. She stated she would not recommend the business, because the atmosphere is depressing and the facility inside doesn't match the quality of the work they do.
