Alexander said the business was efficient in completing the repairs and adhered to his time schedule. He does not think that the vehicle was properly aligned. The estimate took an extremely long time to complete but Troy Wright was very helpful. The business had issues with their phone system, so there were times when getting in touch with them was difficult.
