David said when this business did the original estimate, they forgot to take pictures of the damage. His insurance asked him to take pictures, which he did, and he faxed the pictures to them. This business lost the original estimate, and had to have the insurance mail them the estimate. This business was gracious about their above error. He got his vehicle back 4 days late. The two employees at the front desk who helped him with everything were very courteous and professional. A week after he picked up the vehicle, he noticed a new mat had been put in his trunk, which was very nice of them.
