James said he had to keep calling them to see when they would take his vehicle and when the parts were going to be in. It took 3 weeks from the time he started his claim until the time they were able to take his vehicle. They told him that they had the parts there. He was told it would take an estimated 24 hours but it took 2 extra days due to staffing issues. He had to keep calling them to get updates on his vehicle. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned. He would not recommend this business for service for the reasons mentioned.
