Spoke with Brant. He said they had his vehicle two weeks to get it fixed. There was a lot of damage. There was a part missing to the front door and it would not open. It was not missing when he brought the vehicle in but they said it was. His wife is a lawyer. She drives clients around all day and she cannot do that if the door does not open. They finally fixed it. It took a while to get that resolved. He had a loaner vehicle, which made it better. His vehicle was not ready when promised. It was promised a couple of different times. Each day they had something else to do. Also, one of the staff was sick. There was also some internal strife. They had a hard time getting a quote for the fender. It also took three days to get a picture taken. He would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned. It was not a pleasant experience.
