Bernice said she wasn't promised a time when she would get her vehicle back, because the police department wouldn't release the accident report until a police officer returned from vacation. By the time this business got her vehicle they were also busy fixing other vehicles. Bernice mentioned she's happy with this business, and their dealership, and won't bring her vehicle anywhere else. She remarked the person who helped her with everything did real good, and she hopes this business always stays in the same location.
