Moshan said she was unhappy with the time it took to repair her vehicle. She stated her vehicle wasn't ready when promised because it took five more days and she does not know why it took so long. She wasn't kept informed during the repair process because no one called her and she had to call them to find out that they didn't even start the repair process on the date it was promised. She noted she wasn't satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because they took their sweet time to start the repair process. She wouldn't recommend this business due to her experience.
