Alice stated that during the visit she asked for the muffler to be inspected and the new tires she purchased be balanced. She said that the muffler is still rattling and the tires were not balanced. There was no time promised for the repairs to be completed. The vehicle was at the business for twelve days and she thought that was a long time to replace a bumper and a hood.
