Sim said he was not a completely satisfied customer because there were some problems with the visit and he would only rate his overall experience with a 2. He had to go back several times to get the job done properly because some items were missed. He did not elaborate as to what they missed. Also, there was a parts delay and it still is not finished completely. It has taken way too long to have the work done. He still has to go back another time. His vehicle was not ready when promised but he did not elaborate further as to how late it was. Also, he was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because he was not updated unless he called them. As a result of this visit, he will not recommend this facility to others.
