Vicki said she is not a completely satisfied customer and she would only rate her overall experience with a 3. She said they did not fix the windshield wiper reservoir bottle, which was cracked, and they did not fill the reservoir with liquid. Also, the vehicle is still making the noise that it was making which she brought it in to be repaired. Noone drove her vehicle to listen for the noise. Also, noone called back and returned her call that she made. Therefore, she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. The noise in the vehicle is still there, the reservoir bottle that was broken did not get fixed, nor was it filled with liquid. Also, noone returned her call. As a result of this visit, she will not recommend this facility to others.
