Ruby said she was not pleased with the manager. She said when she went to pick her vehicle up the manager told her she had to pay a $500 deductible. She told him the $500 deductible was included in the check and the grand total that was approved by the insurance adjustor was $6,000 for the repair work. The manager then printed out another bill for her to pay $7,000. She said she did not appreciate it. She was not kept adequately informed and she is not sure why. She said she can't remember the person who prepared her estimate because it was a while back. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because of the manager.
