Lanitta said a 3 rating instead of a 5 when it comes to her satisfaction with her overall experience because besides not being ready when promised, this business didn't do a good job of cleaning her vehicle. Some fiberglass dust was found on her vehicle. It ended up being 2 days late to get her vehicle back and the reason for the delay had to do with the need of having someone come in to fix the glass along with cleaning her vehicle. She's not satisfied with the way she was kept informed during the repair process because no return calls were done. Regarding this business communication, there was no communication unless she called or she ended up coming in to this business herself.
