Mike said there is a lot of damage that occurred to his vehicle while it was at the business and it is yet to be resolved. There is a small dent on the hood and it looks like some sort of solvent was spilled on it. He has called to speak to the manager and he was told that the manager was on vacation. He later called again and was told the person he needed to speak with was on vacation as well. He is not happy with the current courtesy and communication and he will not recommend them until they resolve the problem, which is going on 2 weeks.
