Brett said his vehicle was ready a week later than promised because they had to take his vehicle to a Honda facility for diagnostics. He had to call this business for information and they only returned one of his phone calls. He said when he left this business he noticed that the door ajar light was on. He tried shutting the doors, but the light is still on. He said he has to go through the hassle of contacting his insurance company and taking the vehicle to another business and he should not have had to. He has used this business many times and they always do a great job.
