Loretta said the business personnel did a good job on the repair, but she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. She had to call them to get informed and updated. They did not call her. Also, she was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel. She was used to the great service that she received in the service department by her service writer. But, she was given a different person to help her for this. It was not the caliber of service that she was used to. She was disappointed regarding the service that she received. She hopes it was just unusual circumstances. Loretta said she was not happy with the business's communication because she had to call them. They did not call and inform her. Also, her vehicle was returned dirty. There was soot all over it and it was not washed off.
