Spoke with Bernard. He said there was a lack of communication between himself and the staff. He was given two different delivery dates with no explanation. He finally picked up the vehicle on Friday after he had to call to find out it was ready. Two hours after he got home they called him to let him know the vehicle was ready even though he had already picked it up. The business never initiated any contact with him on the status. He never knew how bad the damage was or what it would cost. He really appreciated the work they did on his vehicle.
