Kelly said this business left a seal at the bottom of the driver side door loose. He noticed one of the clips is broken and the others are loose. His experience with this type of business leads him to believe they like cutting corners. He is overall satisfied with everything with the exception of this seal. He almost would rather fix it himself than taking it back since they would do what he can do but it is very frustrating for him.
