Eva said the repairs were timely. She was not given a promised completion time. She was not kept adequately informed because the day she called to check on the vehicle, they told her it was already done. Susan was wonderful on the phone. She provided phone numbers for rental vehicle agencies. The business is far and not convenient, but she purchased her Vibe here. The personnel were nice, and so were the people who put on the clear coat. She had told them that when she needed repairs in the future, she would come to the business.
