Spoke with Michelle. She said the part that goes to the door came in damaged. They didn't call to let her know it was damaged, so the communication could have been better. She said this vehicle is her mother's only means of transportation and her mother is handicapped. The vehicle was ready two weeks late because the person that was supposed to work on the vehicle was sick. They detailed the interior for free. She said she is very busy, so it took her two days to come in and pick the vehicle up. Her vehicle sat with the windows rolled up after the detailing. When she picked her vehicle up the interior was wet and it smelled of chemicals, which made it was hard for her to breath. She said they should have cracked the windows or something to dry the inside because now something in the vehicle smells rotten. She said it seems like one thing after another went wrong. They should have inspected the part first before calling her, since it was damaged. She said the repair is beautiful, but she would not recommend them based on this experience.
