Ray said the service overall was great. He said he was very disappointed to find that the business put a used transmission in his vehicle. The vehicle is jerking and does not shift correctly. He never saw the estimate and only communicated with the business when he dropped off the vehicle and picked it up. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
