Mary said the overall experience with the business was good. They provided her shuttle service to and from the business. She needed her vehicle for medical purposes. They promised to have the vehicle ready by Friday, however they were able to get the repair services completed 1 day earlier than promised. The representatives were really nice, and they made her experience easy for her. They worked well with her insurance company. As a result, she didn't have to do anything, except sign some paper work.
