Paula said this business did not finish the work because she did not have a diagnostic done on the vehicle, and she told them that the power steering was messed up. She mentioned that a wheel was supposed to come in on Wednesday. She mentioned that she is selling the vehicle to a person by the name of Keon, and he had a diagnostic done at Don Carroll and was told the rack and pinion, tie rod, and a host of other problems should have been done at this business. Lastly she said this business prepared her estimate wrong because there was no diagnostic done to find out the true problems.
