Started out great...then went downhill
The upholstery in the backseat and driver's seat both have stains from grease and/or oil which wasn't there when I brought my car in. There is also a hole in the upholstery of the front driver's seat (which looks like it could be from a cigarette burn and I don't smoke). I was told my door handles would be painted since there would be excess paint left over from the work already being performed. That didn't happen! I was in a unique situation since I had been involved in an accident and the other persons' insurance company had to pay. The auto body shop didn't do a very good job communicating with the service director and I, the customer suffered. . The employees were friendly and helpful, but the work performed was not to my satisfaction
