Tyler is the most disrespectful service person i came across. He does not have initiative, told me i took a chunk out of the tire on the rental car. there is no sign of damage around the wheel. how could i have an accident causing a chunk out of a tire and dont feel something.

Thank You for taking time to fill out our survey. I'm am sorry that we may have fallen short of your expecatations in going over the damages that occured while your were in our loaner car. I have attempted to reach you several times via telephone and left you a message with no reply. Please feel free to contact me or your insurance company regarding the damages to the loaner.
