"Great Service, Reasonable Prices"
They've worked on my older Volvo twice now- the first time for a transmission issue last year... and it was involved. We have an extended warranty and they dealt with all the red tape - above my expectations both times! They are great at communicating, estimate was right on, and my car runs great!

"2001 Volvo - Excellent Customer Service"
I have an older Volvo with an extended warranty & MTA dealt with the company to fix my car in Jan '16 and this week. They are friendly, knowledgeable, gave accurate quotes and communicated throughout the entire process. Car runs great!

Ryan said he would not recommend this business and he will not be going back because he was not very satisfied with the way things were handled. He had another problem with his vehicle the day after he got it back. When he took the vehicle elsewhere, he found out they provided false information. Also, the service he got at this facility took much longer than they originally quoted him.

I brought these guys what turned out to be a complex electrical problem in a 2006 Volvo that had suffered a previous accident. These guys went the extra 10 miles for me. I can be a difficult customer to deal with as I come from a family with a history of auto mechanics and as I do a lot of my basic repairs myself. I could write a book on the transaction but will condense it here and just say they have earned my referrals and future business. Trust them 100%.

"Work on My Altima - Jan. 2017"
Very good communication from the shop with respect to progress on repairs, additional findings that might need attention. Kept me updated on completion time after I asked for more work to be done than on original ticket. Fair pricing but remember to be an advocate for yourself as well. I was unhappy with the price for a set of 6 Titanium OEM spark plugs and pushed back a little. Darren found another vendor with a more appropriate/acceptable price and I am pleased he worked with me on this. These folks will get my business going forward (but I will continue to push back when necessary!).
