Spoke with Greg. He said this business is bad. They did such a bad job on the vehicle. They replaced the salve cylinder and the bearings and Jason was charged $623.99 but the vehicle is still not working. He took it back today and was told he needed the clutch master cylinder and he would have to pay $315.64. They also told him they would have the vehicle ready by noon and it was not ready until 5:00 PM. He is not recommending them to anyone.

"Friendly people fast service and good information."
I would definitely recommend Master tech in Gresham to anyone driving older cars.
I took my pick up truck to them because of brake pedal fade under heavy braking. I had installed a rebuilt master cylinder and did not resolve the problem. My wife refused to ride in the truck any more until I got a professional mechanic to diagnose the problem. Because of a success with a previous repair on our Chevy Blazer I took the truck back to Master Tech. They bled the brakes and diagnosed the brake system. They did not try to sell me anymore than I needed. The brakes operate normally now and Master Tech was very professional with me. Thanks.

"They went above and beyond!"
Would go back in an instant. I was stuck in Oregon on my way back to Utah alone with my 5 kids b/c my A/C went out in the middle of July. It was in the 90s and I didn't want to have to drive all that way with little ones without A/C. I had gone to O'Reily's previously to get a A/C recharge, which ended up being a bad idea. I showed up at this place with 30 min before the technician was suppose to go home and an hr before closing. They all stayed until almost 8 pm that night to make sure my A/C was working. Not only that, they were very nice, offered us food and water to help us with the time. They explained everything so we understood and I just felt like I had found a great place to help us. Plus a few days later they called to see how things were going and I got to ask them a few more questions. I wish they were in Utah, I would definitely go back.

Given the amount of work required for repairs, the mechanic didn't give up. This truck isn't the easiest to work on. but it was worth the time to have it done right, and correctly. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Lynn said the service was fantastic. The employees made her feel welcome and if they keep her vehicle over night they give her a ride home and also pick her up when the repair is done.
